Tetra Pak has appointed Michael Wu as managing director of its Oceania business, effective September 1, 2026.
With 18 years’ experience across Tetra Pak’s global business, Wu will lead the company’s operations in Australia and New Zealand, “supporting customers with innovative packaging and processing solutions that help deliver safe food, reduce environmental impact within their operations and strengthen food systems,” the company says in a release to industry.
He joins Oceania from his most role as market operations quality and sustainability director.
“Australia and New Zealand are home to a dynamic and innovative food industry, and I am excited to be joining such a strong team,” he says.
“Our customers are navigating changing consumer expectations, evolving technologies and increasing focus on sustainability, while continuing to deliver safe, nutritious food and beverages to communities every day.
