SnackHQ has launched its 100-calorie Pick Me Up snack bars in New Zealand, with the range now available in New World and Pak’nSave stores.

“Following the significant investment in the business, we are in an exciting phase of growth including this expansion into New Zealand,” says SnackHQ chief executive Darren Butler.

Pick Me Up launched in Australia in 2025 with a Health Star Rating of five. The range comes in four flavours: choc brownie, choc berry burst, cookies and cream, and caramel fudge.

The Australian sports, nutrition and health bar manufacturer and its contract manufacturing arm, Hitex, have invested more than $3 million in plant automation, quality systems, new product development and staff over the past three years.

“We have built a strong platform for further expansion and innovation and are working on several new product launches over the next 12 months and beyond,” Butler says.
