Kerry Group showcased its capabilities in sustainable taste, proactive health, plant protein, and food protection and preservation solutions at Foodpro, the southern hemisphere’s biggest and longest running trade event for the food and beverage manufacturing and processing sector, which was held July 23-26.

Kerry’s presence at Foodpro focused on taste and nutrition solutions that aim to transform food, beverage and nutraceutical categories to meet future demands for lower sugar and salt without sacrificing taste and texture, functional ingredients that are better for health, and natural preservation to minimise waste and negative impact on the planet.

Visitors will learnt about Kerry’s expertise and technologies in taste, food protection and preservation, sampled tasty meat and snack concepts, and got to trial Kerry’s proprietary ‘Food Waste Estimator’ tool.

Kerry was also a sponsor of the Foodpro ‘Sensory Experience’ where visitors tried delicious, creative beverage concepts that support health.

“We’re were excited to exhibit at Foodpro this year with two stands. It was a key opportunity for customers to experience our great tasting, innovative food and beverage concepts and learn more about Kerry’s expertise.
