The CK Checkweigher has been upgraded with new software and a Human Machine Interface (HMI) to simplify operator use and provide greater flexibility for food and beverage manufacturing lines in Asia.
The HMI is easier to navigate for production line operators and facilitates product changeovers for enhanced efficiency. Ideal for heavy loads after final packaging, the CK Checkweigher’s sensitive weighing capabilities and high throughput speeds enable small-to-medium size manufacturers to automate food and beverage production while increasing regulatory compliance.
The HMI terminal features a bright, multi-line Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD), making it easier to read. The upgraded terminal offers five soft keys to simplify use and each key can be programmed as a shortcut to one of 25 product memories. Enhanced three-level password protection and configurable error logging provide added security and facilitate due diligence.
The CK Checkweigher can now accurately weigh up to 80 packs per minute with a maximum load of 100 kilograms.
The sturdy design of the CK Checkweigher makes it ideal for use in harsh environments, ensuring optimum weighing accuracy regardless of ambient temperature and humidity. It is compact and can be easily configured to meet diverse production line needs, and new connectivity features enable seamless integration with product inspection systems.

The CK Checkweigher is available in five models with different throughput speeds and weight capacities. The machine offers optional individual pusher or swing gate rejection systems for fully automated removal of out-of-tolerance products. The CK Checkweigher can also be adapted for different line heights as well as additional infeed and outfeed conveyors, depending on production line needs.
