Efaflex, described by the company as “a global leader in high-speed industrial doors”, will be showcasing its latest solutions at Foodtech Packtech, demonstrating how its premium door systems are helping manufacturers improve safety, efficiency, and visibility in high-traffic environments.
One of the key products on display will be the EFA-SST Premium, a high-performance spiral door engineered for continuous industrial use. With the capability to handle up to 400,000 load cycles per year and opening speeds of up to 2.5 metres per second, it’s built for reliability in demanding settings.
“This next-generation model is designed for non-stop operation,” says Alexander Fuchs, regional manager – APAC 2 at Efaflex. “It combines robust performance with TÜV-tested safety features, including our advanced light grid system, which also supports burglar-proof locking. It’s ideal for facilities where uptime and security matter.”
Efaflex will also present the EFA-STT, a transparent high-speed door offering more than 70% visibility – a rarity in the industrial door market. “This model is unique in that it offers exceptional clarity without compromising durability,” says Fuchs. “Being able to see through the door helps prevent accidents and ensures smooth, bidirectional transport at busy internal access points.”
